个人学术简介:
硕士生导师,九三学社社员,东楚英才(A类),2022年取得复旦大学微电子学院微电子学与固体电子学博士学位,主要从事半导体器件的开发及性能测试,包括基于铁电畴壁的新型存储器及应变传感器,以及基于二维材料、半导体金属氧化物的气体传感器。截止目前,主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项、湖北省自然科学基金联合基金一项,以通讯作者、第一作者及共一发表SCI 12篇,其中中科院2区以上10 篇,累积被引次数为800 余次,授权及申请发明专利3项。
